IVF 第一回目
来年４０歳。
先月、せっかく成長した卵胞は、卵を閉じ込めたまま、黄体化してしまいました。
いわゆる、『黄体化未破裂卵胞』 という症状です。
３８歳と５ヶ月で、タイミングからはじめ、
ここ数ヶ月AIHを試し、そろそろステップアップを考えようとしていた矢先、
そんな症状に見舞われ、なるべく早く体外受精をはじめたいと思うようになりました。
排卵コントロールは、不調な卵巣のことを考えて、なるべく注射や薬を使わない低刺激法で。
結局、７/6から7/9まで４回のhMG注射、８日の夜にhCG注射。
7/９の午後入院、7/10早朝に採卵。
採卵日の朝は、早くから目覚めて、心の準備。
手術室には歩いて入り、点滴の管から眠くなる薬を入れ、眠っているうちに採卵は終わる予定だったのですが、
多少朦朧としながらも、意識はあり、初採卵はそれなりに痛みを伴うものでした。
がまんできないほどではないんですが。
先生が「卵子５個云々、」とおっしゃっているのが聞こえて、ひと安心。
始まる前の説明では、排卵コントロールを低刺激でおこなったので、
卵はひとつかふたつでしょう、って話だったんですよ。
終わったあとは眠りました。 半日くらいはうつらうつら。
点滴は入っているし、おしっこは管からとられるし、いっぱしの病人みたいで苦痛でした。
入院した病棟が、外科や泌尿器科の患者さんとごちゃまぜで、同じ病室には手術後の高齢の患者さんたちが３人。
みなさん、ずっと点滴で、自由に歩けない様子。
きっと苦痛だろうな、と思うんです。
たった半日でもきつかった。
私は７年ほど前、子宮筋腫の手術もしているので、
そのときのことも思い出しました。
とにかく、病室にもどり、うつらうつらしてるときに、
技師の女性が、採れた卵のことを教えてくれました。
ほんとうは６個採れたけど、最後のひとつは、
周りのふわふわした膜がほとんどなく、未成熟なのでたぶん受精は無理、とのこと。
それでもホントに５個採れた。
嬉しかったです。
採卵当日、夫が届けてくれた精液と合わさって、
採卵日より３日後の今、ちゃんと分裂しはじめてくれてるかな。
全部育ってくれると嬉しいな。
飲み薬はプレマリン錠を0.625mgを、採卵日翌日まで10日間服用。
採卵日から１０日間、ルトラール錠２mgを 服用中です。
採卵日の夕方、麻酔がさめた頃、退院しました。
この日の静岡はこの夏いちばんの暑さで、
病院を出た途端、気分が悪くなり、
混み混みの電車の中で座り込み、嘔吐感もピーク。
なんとか吐かずに家までたどり着き、畳の上にダウン。
なんとなくヒドイ目にあった感じだった採卵初体験。
７/15には、胚をもどします。
さて、私の卵は、からだにもどせる状態までちゃんと分裂してるのか。
いくつ 凍結できる状態になってるのか。
そして、入院からの費用はいくらになってるのか・・・
いろいろ不安なこともありますが、とにかく初めての体外受精が動きはじめています。
この治療を受けることができるだけで、今はよしとしなければ。
